we afford to develop, design, prototype and produce first article
control circuit boards in the timeframe and budget limits to meet the
marketing departments window of opportunity for product introduction?
What
features and capability must really be available internally to the
circuit board and, as importantly, to interface with ‘the outside
world’?
Does our internal departmental and company overhead structure inhibit project completion?
Does
an outside OEM packaged and engineered solution deter or detour from
the proprietary nature of the product or the opportunity?
Do our quality and quality control standards meet recognized criteria?
